Kim Sieng Seng's Obituary
Kim Seng, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away October 8, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born January 1, 1944 in Cambodia to mother, Surn Va, and father, Seng Ear. She will now be reunited with her husband who preceded her, Stewart Tan.
Together she and her husband Stewart survived genocide, starvation, and refugee camps to bring their children to a better life in the United States.
Here she sacrificed and worked hard all her life to raise independent, successful and happy children.
She is survived by her children: Kim Sin Tan, Kimberly Gill, Richard Tan, and Walter Tan; daughter-in-laws, Chanmaly Bun and Chhayy Heng, and son-in-law, Billy Gill. She was much loved by her grandchildren: Zackary Tan, Ethan Tan, Emily Tan, Maggie Tan, Cameron Gill, Kim Song Brown, Michael Brown, Austin Tan and Jayden Tan and great-grandchildren: Elissa Brown and Ellie Brown.
Her children are forever grateful for her unwavering love and dedication.
A funeral service will be held at Mansfield Funeral Home & Cremations on October 19, 2025, at 9:00 am
