I will always remember how laughter seemed to follow Dion into every room he entered. It did not matter what kind of day it had been or what burdens people carried in with them. The moment he walked in, something lifted. His joy was contagious in the truest sense, a gift he gave so freely that most people never realized how rare it was. I can still hear the sound of it now, that particular laugh of his, and I find myself smiling through my tears because I know that sound brought light into more lives than he ever knew. I believe he has only gone ahead, and the joy he planted in this world continues to echo in every life he touched.

I hold your family close in prayer during this time. May you feel the same warmth Dion so often gave to others, and may you sense his presence still surrounding you, not as absence, but as eternal love that time and distance can never erase.

Meeting him for the first time he stood out as a Gentle Giant Very cool and that Smile those eyes he is and was pure joy.Were family we didn't see each other or talked to each other much, but he was and is a person I am so glad I had the honor to know love and cherish. He spoke volumes in all his demeanor his love of his wife his passion for family. When we did speak he was very impressive. My biggest regret was that I wish we would have had more times to be together and talk more. Even though he has passed away he still speak just as loud Bold and proud as a man of faith man of family and just a Great Guy.You left an impact that I will always cherish. The lessons you are teaching me is now get closer to family make those phone calls those visits and just spend time loving family. Cuz please forgive me for not being there more. But I will never forget you and I look forward to the Big Family reunion where we can all embrace one another love laugh and rejoice.
